No. 9 - SCARPA Birdhouse
Product Description
Designed by Chirp
This contemporary birdhouse takes inspiration from the work of mid-century Italian architect Carlo Scarpa, whose architecture is revered for its exquisite craftsmanship, layered geometries, and poetic detail. Conceived as an interlocking composition, the structure is assembled from a series of articulated panels and precision “pins” that come together like a three-dimensional puzzle—an homage to Scarpa’s mastery of joinery and tectonic expression. Subtle textures and linear patterns animate the façades, framing the entry aperture with quiet elegance. The exposed pins, thoughtfully integrated, offer resting perches—small yet deliberate gestures that reflect Scarpa’s enduring legacy of detail-driven design.
