The Sketch.inc collection celebrates icons and trailblazers of our times reimagined as Wooden Kokeshi Dolls. It’s a collection that bridges design with fashion, music, art and all aspects of culture into one form. The Kokeshi Dolls have become a collector item with a variety of special collaborations including with Marni, Monse, Red Valentino, Mira Mikati, Paul Smith and many more. 

In his short 27 years, Jean-Michel Basquiat was one of the most influential artists of his time. Juxtaposing historical commentary, images, and text - his works had not only a visual, but poetic feel. Basquiat emerged from the 1980s neo-expressionist movement. Decades on, the themes explored through his artistry - inequality, racism and injustice - still find relevance today.
